Qatar Airways is offering an incredible deal for Australian students heading overseas for their studies. With this special offer, students can save up to 12 per cent on Economy Class flights when they fly with Qatar Airways to begin learning and exploring again.

Along with the savings on ticket prices, students will also enjoy exclusive benefits, such as an additional 10kg baggage allowance or one piece of extra baggage, one complimentary date change and 20 per cent off  for any purchase of additional baggage allowance

Qatar Airways’ onboard safety measures for passengers and cabin crew include the provision of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for cabin crew and a complimentary protective kit and disposable face shields for passengers. Qatar Airways’ home and hub, Hamad International Airport (HIA), has implemented stringent cleaning procedures and applied social distancing measures throughout its terminals. Passenger touchpoints are sanitised every 10-15 minutes and boarding gates and bus gate counters are cleaned after each flight. In addition, hand sanitisers are provided at immigration and security screening points.   • For new bookings made from 15 September 2020 onwards, travel validity is from 15 September 2020 to 31 October 2021.

  • For bookings made before 15 September 2020, outbound travel validity is from 8 August 2020 to 31 December 2020. Travel must be completed by 30 June 2021 for return trips.

  • This offer is only available for registered students from Australia, Cambodia, China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, Myanmar, New Zealand, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Thailand and Vietnam who are under 30 years of age with a valid and current Student College Identification card or Valid Student Visa or Official acceptance letter (in English).

  • Qatar Airways reserves the right to request valid identification to confirm the eligibility of passengers upon check-in

  • 10% discount on base fare amount in Economy Class will apply to booking classes: W, O, T, Q (Promo).

  • The following booking classes are excluded from this offer: Y, B, H (Flexi).

  • One (1) complimentary date ticket change option is valid for travel on/before 31 October 2021 for bookings made on/after 15 September 2020

  • For bookings before 15 September 2020 which are entitled to a discount on the second ticket, the travel period for second ticket is 1 January 2021 to 30 June 2021

  • For bookings before 15 September 2020 which are entitled to a discount on the second ticket, the discount offer is only valid for bookings done with unique promo code in the confirmation email sent to registered email address after the completion of the first flight booking

  • This offer cannot be combined with any other promotion.

  • Passengers’ personal details must be exactly as stated on the passport used for travel.
