In recognising that, the team at Rail Europe has rolled out some useful online tools specially designed to address and process popular requests and provide updated information.
“With just a few clicks, agents can instantly get a quote, invoice, compare products, or even have tickets re-sent to them,” says Richard. “Getting acquainted with our online tools is highly beneficial for the agents as it’s all in real-time, fast, systematic and most of all, there’s a lot of useful tips and information on there that can also be passed on to their clients.
