Ramada by Wyndham Downtown Dubai has officially secured both the Dubai Assured stamp from Dubai’s Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (Dubai Tourism), and the CovidClean™ certification from Safehotels.
The Dubai Assured stamp confirms that the 181-key property has adhered to all the health and safety protocols outlined by DTCM and Dubai’s Supreme Committee of Crisis and Disaster Management. It is valid for 15 days, and is subject for review and renewal every two weeks to ensure continuous compliance to the strict guidelines set by relevant authorities.
Following a comprehensive on-site inspection and audit carried by Safehotels, Ramada by Wyndham Downtown Dubai also obtained the CovidClean™ certification, which is valid for a year. Based in Sweden, SafeHotels is the world’s leading hotel safety and security certification company.
To guarantee the health and wellbeing of both its guests and employees, the hotel’s hygiene and safety protocols include wearing of masks and gloves; temperature check upon entry in the premises; regular and thorough disinfection of all areas; placement of sanitizers and safety signages; and the implementation of recommended occupancy in the restaurant, swimming pool and other hotel facilities.
