Known for Chef Rémy Lefebvre’s wood-fired cuisine, the vibrant Butcher’s Block introduces an exciting à la carte dinner menu with a broad range of delicious BBQ-ed dishes and a brand-new weekend lunch featuring tasty tostadas and handmade wood-fired pizzas. The new offerings at Butcher’s Block are dynamic and constantly evolving, allowing the creative Chef De Cuisine to showcase inspired seasonal produce and special produce allotments that he may manage to get his hands on.

A Refreshed BBQ Dinner Experience

Inspired by Chef Rémy’s travels and cooking experiences around the world and made using great ingredients, the refreshed à la carte dinner menu cuts across culinary cuisines and now offers a wide breadth of new BBQ creations in addition to the beef signatures.

Kick off the meal with appetisers such as Razor Clams, perked up with lime and Thai basil, and Octopus, grilled Al Pastor style. A flavoursome selection of BBQ-ed vegetables also tempt in the form of Roscoff Onion, soft and sweet and accompanied with lard, tarragon and cashew nut cream; Palermo Pepper, roasted Armenian pepper with walnut paste and smoked lemon oil; Baked Potato in hay with roasted chicken jus; and Sweet Baby Corn BBQ, served with chilli mayonnaise.

For mains, tuck into Pluma Iberica Joselito Pork with a flavoursome XO condiment, or choose Fish on the Bone, seasonal fish aged in Butcher’s Block for an enhanced, intense flavour and BBQ-ed on its bone over wood fire before being dished up with lemon puree and sauce vierge. Beef-lovers can enjoy their favourite cuts of the signature John Stone Angus Grass-fed 28 Days Dry-aged Beef or select limited and rare cuts from the Butcher’s Cuts menu.

Cap off the evening with toothsome desserts such as Roasted Pineapple with coconut sugar and pineapple sorbet, and Chocolate Tart with hazelnut and passion fruit sorbet.

For an awesome dining experience, simply go for the Carte Blanche dinner – a $198++ per person multi-course BBQ feast featuring a line-up of specialities, which may include firm favourites and even off-the-menu surprises, personally put together by Chef Rémy.

All-new Weekend Lunch

Exclusively for lunch on the weekends, guests can take their pick from tasty tostadas, such as Tuna & Chipotle Mayo, Shrimps & Cholula, to freshly-made wood-fired pizzas like BB Pizza, a Lebanese-inspired creation sprinkled with minced organic lamb, onions, molasses, parsley and mint; Truffata & Burrata Pizza, made with long fermented dough and topped with truffle and mushroom paste, mozzarella and burrata. Another must-try is the ‘Nduja Pizza, which is dotted with tomato salsa, spicy ‘Nduja sausage from Italy, ricotta and more. All pizzas are created with fresh dough and premium ingredients, and cooked using the same time-honoured craft of wood fire to impart delicious flavours and aromas.

Live it up with a selection of natural wines, beers and ciders for a smashing weekend.

The lunch menu is available only on Saturday and Sunday from 12:00pm to 2:30pm for dine-in, and also for takeaway and delivery via www.RafflesGrabandGo.com. The regular à la carte dinner menu and Carte Blanche is unavailable on weekend lunch.
