Riviera by Four Seasons introduces its first breakfast menu, crafted by Sebastiano Spriveri, Executive Chef at Four Seasons Hotel Kuwait at Burj Alshaya.

“We are pleased to launch the first breakfast menu, which offers more than 30 creations encompassing a variety of the Riviera flavours that are inspired and curated by both Sebastiano Spriveri, Executive Chef at Four Seasons Hotel Kuwait at Burj Alshaya and Chef de Cuisine of Riviera Restaurant Osama Alakhras.

The newly launched menu combines traditional breakfast dishes with touches of Italian and Arabic flavours to present our guests a memorable experience at Riviera,” comments Didier Jardin, General Manager of Four Seasons Hotel Kuwait at Burj Alshaya.

The menu is created to complement the Riviera guest’s culinary journey with appetising breakfast options to start the day right. The newly launched menu highlights various breakfast options including a selection of mezzes, pastries, egg-based dishes and dessert selection as well to satisfy the morning cravings.

Guests can feast on ordering local dishes such as Riviera’s selection of manakish, traditional foul medames and grilled halloumi toast, which is served with avocado, just to name a few. The breakfast experience also features egg-based creations such as black truffle scrambled eggs, egg shakshuka and Spanish egg tortilla, among many more choices. Assorted bakery basket items and desserts selection is also available to indulge in during the morning.

Located at The Gardens in The Avenues, Riviera Restaurant now serves breakfast from 9:00 am and until 12:00 noon daily and continues with serving guests with its à la carte menu until 11:00 pm daily.
