Long Island, New York
About an hour and a half from the city, Long Island offers surprises for all kinds of visitors, from families looking for relaxing nature or enriching cultural experiences to travelers hoping for a quick weekend getaway.
Start the day strolling the boardwalk at Jones Beach State Park or experience the picturesque beaches at Coopers Beach in Southampton and Main Beach in East Hampton.
