Experience life through rose-tinted glasses as Barangaroo House celebrates the return of ‘Rosé Rising’; a month-long, multi-sensory celebration of all things pink, rosé and art, launching Thursday 5 November through to Thursday 5 December.

This celebration of pink is in partnership with Moët Hennessy and their champagnes, Veuve Clicquot, Ruinart and Moët & Chandon, to toast all things rosé with an array of food and drink offerings. This year, to mark the third annual ‘Rosé Rising’ all three-levels of the venue will be bringing a vibrant and awe-inspiring immersive experience with unique, site-specific signature art and light installations by Sydney artists Sam Whiteside and design-driven creative studio BABEKÜHL, Dinner a la Perspex creator and object fabricator Domus Vim, and multidisciplinary artist Beni Single.

The pink assault on your senses begins before you’ve even entered the venue, as Sam Whiteside and BABEKÜHL illuminate Barangaroo House with a minimalistic steel spire of monumental scale, projecting a pink glow to the building’s exterior, visible from kilometres away.

With rosé-inspired food and drink offers available on each level, there’s something for everyone this Rosé Rising. High-meets-low across each level with magnums of Moët & Chandon Rosé, Ruinart Rosé NV or Veuve Cliquot Rosé NV at House Bar, BEA or Smoke respectively, paired with everyone’s favourite – a complimentary box of fries for each guest. Or, add a little luxe with half dozen Sydney rock oysters with a rosé mignonette accompanied by a 750ml bottle from $150.

Follow the light to House Bar on the ground level, where rosé will be served up all day and in all ways. Take your pick of frosé, bagnums of rosé, rosé in a can, and rosé cocktails. Happy hour becomes ‘Pink O’Clock’ from 4pm-6pm daily, with special prices on all your rosé favourites, including a rosé-infused sharing cocktail and glasses of Moët Rosé champagne.

As you ascend to BEA restaurant, Whiteside’s ethereal lighting designs bring the stairwell to life set to the beat of a lush, bespoke soundscape. Don’t miss Ian Tran’s ‘Dinner A La Perspex’ art pieces, inspired by BEA signature dishes, on display around the restaurant. Or head out to BEA’s sundrenched waterfront balcony for drinks and views. For groups of four to 10 people, the hugely popular Barangaroo Bounce experience continues on Saturdays and now has an optional bottomless rosé upgrade for $69 per person.

At rooftop bar Smoke, the pink theme’s grand finale is a series of commissioned artworks on flags by Beni Single suspended from the ceiling. Sip on three specially created rosé cocktails, the Ruby Spritz, Rosé Highball and the Rosé Martini and larger-than-ever rosé wine list, best enjoyed on a sunny afternoon with a side of beats from Sydney’s best DJs.

Barangaroo House is committed to being a COVID-safe environment. In order to ensure the health and safety of all, the venue will implement a series of detailed COVID-safe measures, including sign-in upon entry for all guests, cleaning all customer touchpoints after every use, hand sanitising stations as well as practising social distancing between tables.
