From 21 December to 1 January, the hotel’s cha chaan teng-inspired eaterie Holt’s Café plays home to an alluring holiday experience with set lunch and dinner menus. For a personalised, bespoke experience, private dining for up to 36 guests is also available at the restaurant’s semi-private dining room.
On Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Year’s Eve, the hotel serves a celebratory feast for the ages at Holt’s Café’s Festive Set Dinner with unlimited delights from the kitchen, and a choice of a variety of main courses. Guests can expect holiday favourites including Traditional Christmas Turkey, Lobster Thermidor and Seared Carabineros Prawns gracing the dining tables, paired with a selection of impeccable wines handpicked by Area Wine Director Nicolas Deneux. The indulgent holiday repast includes traditional Yuletide favourites plus all the trimmings – a merry and mouthwatering delight.
Festive Afternoon Tea and Beyond at The Butterfly Room
The gilded interiors of The Butterfly Room offer a gorgeous retreat to enjoy two deluxe festive afternoon teas from 1 December to 1 January. Visitors can celebrate the holiday with Rosewood’s glamorous and festive progression of refined savoury bites, seasonal favourites and warm scones followed by classic pastries and decadent confections, including Christstollen, a classic German festive speciality, and Pistachio and Cherry Yule Log.
One step further is the “Ultimate” version of the Festive Rosewood Afternoon Tea, which features lavish items including Oscietra caviar avocado espuma, a selection of white truffle sandwiches, and a 24-carat gold signature chocolate cake to further glamourise the festive afternoon tea offerings. For a rich and creamy pairing, Krug Grand Cuvée Champagne can accompany either of the Festive Afternoon Teas.

Festive Fizz (HKD140) made with Riesling Wine, Cognac, Dried Fruits and Spices is a re-interpretation of the traditional mulled wine but served cold and fizzy. Available on each festive day, set dinner menus feature authentic dishes with premium ingredients such as Double-Boiled Sea Whelk Soup with Matsutake Mushroom and Fish Maw, Bird’s Nest in Pumpkin Broth with Crab Claw and Tofu, and Braised Yoshihama Abalone in Oyster Sauce, for a nourishing and delectable winter feast with family and loved ones.
