Due to the remarkable situation with COVID-19, the President of South Africa has instructed the Republic of South Africa to lock-down for 21 days effective from 27 March through to 16 April inclusive.

Consequently, SAA Head Office and support systems to our Australasian offices will not be available therefore we have shut our offices across Australasia from today until 16 April.

If your customer has a partially used or unused ticket as a result of the COVID-19 circumstances, then SAA will work with you to place that value into credit for future use by the same customer or they can transfer to another person.

This credit is for travel across 24 months up to and including 24 March 2022.

SAA can resolve booking issues when we return to the office on 17 April.
