As Good Food month prepares to touch down on the Brisvegas strip this July, Salon de Co is set to host a series of four producer dinners every Thursday from 4 July – 25 July. Celebrating their position within the burgeoning Brisbane culinary scene, Salon de Co supports the city’s biggest culinary event together with Queensland’s top producers and farmers.

Salon de Co Head Chef, Andy Ashby, will open each event introducing the producer of the evening, describing how he has been able to showcase their unique offering before heading back to the kitchen. Produce punters will be left to wine, dine and unwind within Salon de Co’s luscious Georgian-art deco décor walls.

Salon de Co x 9 Dorf Farms Sustainable Dining Experience

Salon de Co will host ‘Sustainable Dining Experience’ where diners can enjoy sustainable cocktails and biodynamic wines paired with the finest sustainable fish, poultry and produce hand selected by the Salon de Co Culinary team.

Salon de Co x Alpha Fox and Dice 5 Wine

In collaboration with Alpha Box and Dice 5 Wine, Salon de Co will host an intimate five-course dinner, curated using market fresh local ingredients, elevated by some next level Alpha Box and Dice 5 matching wines.

Salon de Co x Murray Gold Cod Talk and Taste Dinner

Salon de Co has come together with Murray Gold Cod and Black Market Sake to bring diners a unique culinary experience – ‘Murray Gold Cod Talk and Taste Dinner’. Learn all things Murray Cod before biting down on a three-course dinner paired with select Black Market Sake.
