On 25th June The Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) announced that the team at Samujana had been awarded the prestigious Amazing Thailand Safety and Health Administration (SHA) certificate, recognising their strict guidelines and policies in relation to hygiene, health and cleanliness for the entire premises, equipment, toilets, as well as operational staff as part of the nationwide effort to prevent the spread of Covid-19. The Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT), in collaboration with the public and private sector partners, has introduced the “Amazing Thailand Safety and Health Administration: SHA” certification with the aim to elevate the country’s tourism industry standards and develop confidence among international and domestic tourists. The Amazing Thailand SHA certification is a unique certification scheme aimed to support the recovery period post-COVID-19 pandemic and the country is strictly reviewing tourism establishments and services to prevent the virus spreading now that travel has resumed.
