Full payment is required at time of booking. The lead-in price is per room per night and is based on Hotel Standard style accommodation, for two people sharing. Extra guests can be purchased at for an additional $40 per person, with a maximum of 4-8 guests per room (please see extra guest calculations in online booking summary). Orange savings based on a twinshare adult stay during mid-season, with 2 free boat transfers (usually $84 per adult), with final price displayed on the payment details screen of the booking engine. Package Inclusions: Return launch transfers for two people included, General Admission to Wild Dolphin Viewing Experience on Tangalooma Jetty for stays of only 1 night (No dolphin feeding). Wild Dolphin Feeding Experience is included only on stays of 2 nights or more in Hotel Standard, Hotel Deluxe, Resort Unit, Family Suite and Standard Beachfront Villas only (Wild Dolphin feeding experience is once per person per stay is dependent on dolphin attendance, tide and weather conditions. Some other conditions apply to dolphin feeding). Check-in: 2pm check-in for Hotel Standard, Resort Unit, Hotel Deluxe, Family Suite and Standard Beachfront Villas. If you are planning to arrive prior to 2pm, we are happy for our guests to use our resort facilities prior to official check-in times. In such instances we encourage guests to pack a small day-pack of essentials (including change of clothes for activities/swimming etc) to ensure you can go without your checked-luggage, which will be delivered to your door when your room is available (if you have travelled on our boat transfers in your booking). Guests who have arranged alternative transport arrangements are unable to get assistance with their luggage on arrival and can store their luggage in rented lockers until check-in time. Check-out time is strictly 10.00am. Cancellations: Before Arrival: Bookings can be cancelled up to 7 days prior to travel and are fully refundable until 7 days prior to arrival. In the event of a no show or cancellation within 7 days of arrival, 100% cancellation policy applies. Amendments can be made up to 7 days prior to arrival, within the stated travel period only, subject to availability. After Arrival: No refunds or credits permitted. Like all travel destinations, Tangalooma Island Resort recommend that all guests take out appropriate travel insurance with their preferred supplier for the duration of their visit at the time of booking.
