Relaxed booking conditions under PONANT`s new Serenity Policy apply to new reservations made by March 31, 2021, departing before April 30, 2022. The policy allows a low 25 per cent deposit, final payment just 30 days before departure and cancellation or postponement up to 30 days prior to the trip with the deposit transferred to another departure or a future cruise credit. And if the cruise cannot operate and Ponant cancels the cruise, a full refund is offered.
