The Okura Prestige Bangkok’s MICHELIN Plate signature Japanese restaurant Yamazato celebrates the blossoming of Spring with a choice of special Gozen lunch platters and a multi-course Kaiseki dinner featuring ultra-fresh seasonal ingredients such as firefly squid, Spanish mackerel and Sakura shrimp from 1 – 30 April 2021.

Highlights of the Gozen platters include assorted sashimi, tasty tempura and a simmered rice dish with Sakura shrimp, ginger, nori-seaweed and salmon roe. Authentic tastes of springtime in Japan continue with the multi-course Kaiseki dinner. Standout dishes include a starter of firefly squid, steamed clam in sake and mountain vegetables and maitake mushroom with spicy miso vinegar, a soup of Asari clam dumpling, mushrooms, cherry blossoms and a touch of yuzu, and a spectacular multi-flavoured simmered dish of sea bream roe, grilled shiitake mushroom, spinach, yuzu, taro, eggplant, bamboo shoot, carrot and butterbur.

Special Gozen lunch platters and a multi-course Kaiseki dinner to celebrate the blossoming of Spring are available at Yamazato Restaurant from 1 – 30 April 2021, lunch: 11:30 – 14:30, dinner: 18:00 – 22:30, Price for Spring Lunch Gozen is Baht 1,600++ and Spring Dinner Kaiseki is Baht 4,700++.
