Malaysians, long-term visa holders and Malaysian permanent residents have extra reasons to rejoice between now until 20 December 2019.

The 25 per cent discount will be based on the flexible rate available on-line at www.shangri-la.com. The offer also includes other perks, such as daily buffet breakfast at Spice Market Café for two adults and two children (below 6 years old), 15 per cent discount on a la carte CHI, The Spa treatments, welcome drinks on arrival, scheduled shuttle bus service to and from George Town and all-day-long wired Internet access.

Rasa Wing privileges apply to Rasa Wing room bookings, apart from the stated perks and discount.

The terms and conditions are as follows:

  • Prior reservation is required and the offer is subject to availability at the time of reservation.
  • An additional third person staying in the room will be charged MYR180++ per night (includes breakfast and an extra bed); Rasa Wing room’s third person charge is MYR250++ per night (includes breakfast, Rasa Wing privileges and an extra bed). Third person charges are subject to prevailing offer discounts, service charges and government tax.
  • This offer cannot be combined with any other on-going promotions.
  • This offer is subject to room availability and blackout dates may apply.
  • This offer does not apply to group bookings of 10 rooms and above.
  • Proof of Malaysian residency (MyKad holders or foreigners and permanent residents with a valid Malaysia working visa only) is required at check-in.
  • A minimum stay of two nights is required.
