Sheraton Grand Macao Hotel, Cotai Central presents a variety of enticing dining offers to celebrate the Year of the Dog, where guests can take their pick from traditional Chinese New Year dishes to family-style feasts.

It’s Fiery, It’s Hot Pot

With an emphasis on the freshness of ingredients, Xin at Sheraton Grand Macao is a leading concept for individual po-pots, where diners start with a heated pot dish before adding soup to transform it into a hot pot experience.

This Lunar New Year, Xin is adding a number of fortuitous hot dishes that can be ordered as part of its traditional hot pot buffet, for both lunch and dinner. Highlights include “Abundance” (Braised pig feet and lotus root with sea moss), “Perennial Joy” (Wok-fried prawns with Sichuan-style) and “Happiness” (Braised lamb shank with bamboo shoots and black mushroom).

Priced from MOP888+ to MOP1288+, the auspicious dish includes the quintessential dried oysters and sea moss, as well as a lavish selection of Japanese scallops, Boston lobster, fresh abalone and Botan ebi.

An Italian Lunar New Year

Those looking to jazz up their Lunar New Year routine can explore Bene’s festive Prosperous Brunch Buffet, and celebrate with a taste of Italy. Italian renditions of Chinese New Year favorites include a Crispy suckling pig and Cappellacci stuffed with abalone, arabbiata sauce, while the prerequisite fish comes in the form of a Baked giant grouper in salt crust, lemon caper sauce or Turbot roasted with potatoes, capers & cherry tomatoes.

Bene’s Chinese New Year Sunday Brunch is available on 18 February at MOP488+ per person.

Between 15-20 February, guests can celebrate Chinese New Year throughout the day with Palms’ Prosperous Afternoon Tea Set. The menu features creative twists on all-time favorites, such as Parma ham rossettes, pear and gorgonzola chutneyhokkaido scallop, black pudding and apple jam; and Mini Breton tartlets with almond cream and apricots.
