From exclusive island parties to family-friendly foreshore events, the NSW National Parks and Wildlife Service will once again host a variety of events at spectacular locations around the harbour.

Sydney Harbour National Park offers some of the city’s best vantage points to witness the world-famous NYE fireworks, with uninterrupted views of Sydney’s iconic harbour and city skyline, set within stunning, natural environments.

Here are our top spots for an awesome NYE in 2018:

Clark Island Garden Party

Clark Island’s Garden Party will be one of the most spectacular places to experience NYE in Sydney this year. With an exclusive island atmosphere and front row views of the Harbour Bridge and fireworks due to its prime location off Darling Point, it offers an indulgent NYE experience. Guests will be treated to a
cocktail and canapes on arrival, followed by a delicious range of mains and desserts. With a relaxed party atmosphere, guests can soak up the dazzling views, or dance the night away to a great line-up of party DJs. Price: Adult $400 (includes ferry transfers, arrival cocktail and all food)

Shark Island Party

Shark Island, located off Rose Bay, will be transformed into a fun-filled, tropical island paradise this year. As the sun sets, Sydney DJ Lex Deluxe will set the mood, hitting the decks with her signature electronic dance tunes. Partygoers can groove under the palm trees and enjoy delicious ‘grab-and-go’ style food and drinks, to allow for maximum dancing, all to the backdrop of incredible harbour and city views. Price: Adult $240 (includes ferry transfers)

Bradleys Head – The Amphitheatre, Mast Precinct and Athol Lawn

Popular Bradleys Head, at Mosman, offers a range of alcohol-free events by the foreshore, perfect for families to enjoy the firework displays. The Amphitheatre and The Mast Precinct offer amazing harbour views from a bushland setting, as well as live music, entertainment and food stalls. Nearby, Athol Lawn is an affordable, relaxed space for families and groups to roll out a blanket on the grassy lawn for a sunset picnic, before watching the fireworks light up the night sky. Prices: Adults from $35. Children from $20. Family from $85.
