A little morning indulgence can now be enjoyed at Seminyak favourite Botanica which has just launched a decadent new Bottomless Brunch alongside an all-day menu.
From 9.00am to 2.00pm the Bottomless Brunch will be available for Rp 399,000 per person, a celebration of island favourites with a Western twist which will see guests treated to shared plates of yogurt panna cotta, Balinese fruit platters and the venue’s famed Botanica Fried Chicken Sliders.
The feasting is of course accompanied by as much booze as you’d like, whether that’s a Bloody Mary, mimosa, or (for those feeling a little more adventurous) espresso martinis. Too early for a drink? Grab one of the many mocktails created especially for the occasion. The wine specialist has also just unveiled its first all-day menu, an indulgent array of fresh local produce, from plates of seafood to freshly baked bread, all designed to be accompanied with the Botanica’s extensive array of specialty wine of course. Guests can tuck into platters of oysters garnished with rose vinaigrette, partnered with hearty slices of Farine sourdough, Australian rib-eye, traditional Ploughman’s lunches. For those who prefer to share, there are also special grazing platters available, as well as the Bali Seafood Platter.
