To celebrate Wellness Month, StayWell Holdings, one of the largest hotel management groups in Asia Pacific, has partnered with the #1 wellness app, Caravan Wellness, to provide complimentary access to the program for guests during the month of August.

Launching globally from 1 August, guests staying at any of the properties in the StayWell Group will enjoy free access to the Caravan Wellness app, which offers hundreds of video programs designed by top health practitioners. From tips on de-stressing to Pilates that can be done in the confines of a hotel room, and from sessions on rewiring your brain to immunity boosting tips and tricks, the Caravan Wellness platform opens a world of wellness possibilities for StayWell guests – for free.

With an average video duration of 10 minutes, the wellness workouts are perfect for busy travellers, and many of the programs are also ideal for in-room access. Guests can start their day with a quick clearing and grounding morning movement class that incorporates full-body movement, breath-work, and tapping exercises with no equipment needed, to help energize their minds and bodies and elevate their day. Other classes such as the 10-minute meditation for sleep, and 10-minute full body stretching are also great options for hotel guests whilst in their rooms. Plus, the 30-day access for all guests ensures that programs can still be enjoyed even after checking out, giving travellers the best possible opportunity to benefit from the meaningful wellness programs on offer.

In addition to the Caravan Wellness partnership, each of the StayWell properties has introduced their own program of on-site wellness activities for the duration of Wellness Month including:

  • In room calming tea at Park Regis City Quays & Piermonde, and spicy antioxidant ginger and green tea in room at Park Regis Anchorage;
  • Free 5 class pass at World Gym for Park Regis City Centre guests;
  • Wellness activities at the Leisure Inn Pokolbin such as guided walks, free fitness sessions on the lawn, and free fresh fruit;
  • Free yoga and tea sessions at Park Regis North Quay;
  • Wellness menus at Leisure Inn Grand Chanakya
  • Relaxing pillow misting turndown and social media take-over by wellness influencer Healthy Living Lucy at The Prince Akatoki London. There will also be a healthy smoothie created by Lucy on offer for the month;
  • Wellness arrival drink, in-room wellness channel of local activities, and cycling competition for guests at Park Regis Kris Kin;
  • Complimentary yoga and wellness menu at Park Regis and Leisure Inn Cocobay;
  • Complimentary Zumba, and organised beach clean-up at Park Regis Kuta.
