To celebrate the holiday season, Dragonfly has collaborated with Hendrick’s Gin, the premium gin distilled in Scotland with curious, yet marvellous, infusions of cucumber & rose, to create a magical ‘secret garden’ in their outdoor space. The enchanting space echoes the botanical elements of the famous gin brand and the cocktail lounge, with beautiful red roses adorning the stoned-paved walls and the Hendricks Drinks Trolley. Adding to the festive fun, from now until 6 January, guests can enjoy the space along with deals on two limited edition Dragonfly x Hendrick’s inspired cocktail and snack sets for only HK$300 each:
- For ‘Him’, the Monet’s Teapot, a refreshing mix of Hendrick’s, sake, cucumber juice, green apple liqueur and nori sherbet & Short Ribs Bun, juicy short ribs sandwiched with hoisin sauce and pickled onion
- For ‘Her’, The Unusual Muse, a sweet combination of strawberry chamomile shrub, rose honey, pomelo and lemon juice, shaken vigorously with Hendrick’ & “Cecina” Air Dried Beef Ham, with mustard sauce, crostini, pomelo, and rose petals
