Agents with clients who have purchased Greek ferry tickets through Excite can turn to Sun Island Tours for advice and even fulfilment needs via the agent portal, where no accommodation or booking fees are attached.
Sun Island’s General Manager John Polyviou says, “While we understand that the ferry companies involved have not been paid, Sun Island is primed to assist with re-booking any ferry services for affected agents. We will try to ensure that in most cases agents won’t need to re-issue tickets allowing their clients to travel with their existing paper tickets.”
