Live on air today, Sam Mac, the Gold Logie-award nominated weather presenter on Australia’s #1 breakfast show Sunrise on 7, revealed a Rocky Mountaineer limited-time special offer for Sunrise viewers.
All this week, Sam is sharing his experience onboard the world-renowned Rocky Mountaineer train with Sunrise viewers, as it travels the First Passage to the West route through Western Canada and the Canadian Rockies.

Every morning this week, from 5.30am, viewers will enjoy the magic of luxury train travel as Rocky Mountaineer winds through tunnels and canyons, alongside rivers, and around mountain peaks. Viewers will experience this breathtaking scenery from the comfort of a one-of-a-kind glass-domed GoldLeaf Service train coach; while feasting on gourmet cuisine made from local Canadian ingredients.
Today, Sam announced the exclusive Sunrise offer from the charming streets of mountain town Banff, tomorrow he will be in postcard-perfect Lake Louise, followed by a lodge in the mountains of stunning Kananaskis. Then it’s on to Vancouver for the last two days of his western Canada adventure.
