Swarovski reveals #BrillianceForAll Valentine’s Day campaign starring same sex couples

For Swarovski’s Valentine’s Day 2018 campaign, the brand says YES TO LOVE in all shapes and forms. The campaign is a new expression of its #BrillianceForAll concept and puts the spotlight on four superstar real life couples;

the queen of fashion influencers Chiara Ferragni and her fiancé Fedez, it-model Ruth Bell and her sparkling partner Veronika Krajplova, the handsome male model duo Kim Willecke and Sean Dubberke and the shimmering Malaika Firth with her partner Malik Lindo.

As for brand ambassador Karlie Kloss, she is captured with Spanish male supermodel Andres Velencoso as a continuation of their campaign romance initiated in 2017.

Swarovski embraces a fresh and daring take that makes it relevant to everyone, always. The romantic aesthetic is totally refreshed and renewed, as explains Creative Director Nathalie Colin: “Love conquers all, and love has so many facets. Swarovski is proud to speak up for diversity and all expressions of love. Therefore, in this collection, we have other love symbols in addition to the traditional heart. I took inspiration from the ribbon knot that symbolizes a lifelong commitment but also has a seductive twist to it. There is a bold cuff style, a stunning double ring, as well as more everyday jewels to meet everyone’s taste. Every piece is infused with messages of diversity and freedom to love that are very important to me – and to everyone.”

The new campaign hero, the Lifelong family, lends a fashion perspective on the knot motif that symbolises everlasting love. Organic twists and turns reimagine the infinite flow of the knot while clear crystals are beautifully woven into the rose-gold and rhodium plated designs, as it shows on the bold two-toned cuff and the on-trend double ring. Bangles, chokers, pendants and rings also come in smaller proportions for a delicate, fine-jewellery spirit that can be layered or worn as dainty standalones.

Swarovski’s Valentine’s campaign also sheds a new light on the brand featuring an equal cast of males, revealing that the multi-faceted brand can also add a touch of sparkle to Valentine’s Day for the modern man. Enjoy elegance and exclusivity of the Atlantis automatic men’s timepiece, which is limited to 999 pieces and only available online, as worn by Fedez, Kim, Sean, Malik and Andres.

The new Valentine’s Day campaign was shot in New York, and truly embodies the daring spirit of Swarovski, while emphasising its belief that brilliance really is for everyone, as these multifaceted couples prove with style.
