This August, Queenstown will play host to the sixth edition of the Audi quattro Winter Games NZ and Swiss-Belsuites located in New Zealand is pleased to announce its partnership with the event.
Swiss-Belsuites in Queenstown and Auckland is proud to be the official and exclusive accommodation sponsor of the exciting Winter Games NZ.
With 145 hotels globally, Swiss-Belhotel International’s partnership with Winter Games NZ will focus on the Swiss-Belsuites Pounamu, Queenstown, as well as Swiss-Belsuites Victoria Park, Auckland and Swiss-Belresort Coronet Peak, Queenstown.
The Swiss-Belsuites brand has expanded rapidly in the past two years and the acquisition of Swiss-Belsuites Pounamu Queenstown in 2017, provided the opportunity for the Swiss-Belhotel International to become the accommodation sponsor for the Winter Games NZ.
The event will not only be popular in New Zealand, it will also be promoted further afield with a focus on Australia and Asia. The partnership with Winter Games NZ reflects Swiss-Belhotel International’s strong position in the different markets in Australasia.
The Audi quattro Winter Games NZ will run from 24 August – 8 September 2018. It is recognised as one of the world’s top five winter sport’s competitions and the only one held in the southern hemisphere. Events include freestyle skiing, snowboarding, alpine skiing, cross-country skiing, curling, freeride, ice hockey and the popular big air competition.
