Taiwan’s trendsetting KiKi Noodle Bar (KiKi Tea) extends to hot new retail-cultural landmark K11 MUSEA today at Tsim Sha Tsui’s new Victoria Dockside development along Salisbury Road. The health-focused Taipei noodle bar brand continues its roaring success story hot-on-the-heels of launching a Hong Kong flagship at ifc mall in Central this July.

KiKi Noodle Bar (KiKi Tea) is riding a wave of popularity and social media fan following endorsed by celebrities and superstar actresses.

At the new branch, KiKi Noodle Bar (KiKi Tea) continues the KiKi noodle brand’s iconic winning recipe of natural, healthy sun-dried noodles, handmade from just flour and water without MSG or additives, and authentic Taiwanese tea and bubbles made with natural ingredients.

Along with all of KiKi’s signature crowd-pleasers, the new branch celebrates opening at K11 MUSEA with two exclusive new KiKi Noodle recipes, and two new KiKi Tea drinks.

Deep Fried Bean Curd Noodle in Tomato Soup, Red and White Fish Ball (HK$98) is destined for Instagram stardom on social media, combining both white fish-balls of egg white and fish; and pink versions tinted by beetroot, along with high protein-low fat bean curd skin.  A new vegetarian option is Roasted Vegan Chicken and Assorted Vegetables Mixed Noodles (HK$98) with ‘veggie chicken’, water chestnut, baby corn, mushroom and white fungus mixed with scallion oil, perfect for pursuit of healthiness.

Two exclusive new bubble-teas on the KiKi Tea menu at K11 MUSEA are Fresh Lime Winter Melon Tea with Aiyu Jelly(HK$32), a popular Taiwanese summer drink blended with refreshing lime for a summer cooler, and Winter Melon Milk Tea with Brown Sugar Pearls (HK$38), currently one of Taiwan’s most popular tea favourites. Both celebrate winter melon as a magical health and slimming elixir for hydrating, body cleansing and reducing edema – loaded with minerals and compounds to keep down weight, and potassium keeping blood pressure in check.

These new additions extend KiKi Tea’s current signatures of over 20 options – such as Pineapple Green Teapresso (HK$38); Jasmine Tea, Chinese Herbal Tea Pearls (HK$33) and KiKi Roasted Tea topped with Caramel and Nuts Cream Mousse (HK$34).

Signatures noodles on the menu are meanwhile headlined by crowd-pleaser Stir-fried Minced Pork Mixed Noodles with Chive Flowers and Fermented Black Bean (HK$98), sprinkled with black beans to mimic ‘instagrammable’ fly heads, with crunchy chive flowers and spicy stir-fried minced pork; Sichuan Spicy Tofu Noodles in Soup, Duck Blood and Sliced Pork (HK$98), also packing a punch of spice; and comforting classic KiKi Dan Dan Noodle (HK$98).

In identical boutique-style as the brand’s ifc mall flagship, KiKi Noodle Bar (KiKi Tea) at K11 MUSEA is a homely, welcoming haven seating 42 over 1,300 sqft, bathed under natural sunlight with minimalist décor of wood, cement and clay brick. Denim curtains and hanging copper lamps and ‘green’ elements of pot plants on petite tables extend the design theme reflecting relaxed hipster culture.

At the entrance, a “KiKi Noodle Cart” pays tribute to the brand’s heritage from traditional noodle stalls.

KiKi Noodle Bar (KiKi Tea) expands internationally to Hong Kong in collaboration with renowned Hong Kong hospitality group Lai Sun Dining. A successful pilot introduction of the concept, KiKi Tea@Sun’s Bazaar, at Pacific Place was followed by KiKi Noodle Bar (KiKi Tea) flagship outlets at trendsetting destinations ifc mall in Central and K11 MUSEA at Victoria Dockside,Tsim Sha Tsui East.

KiKi Noodle Bar (KiKi Tea) at K11 MUSEA is located at Shop 406, Level 4, K11 MUSEA, Victoria Dockside, 18 Salisbury Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon, Hong Kong; opens daily from 11:00 am to 10:00 pm.
