Flt.Lt. Pratana Patanasiri, Vice President, Aviation Safety, Security & Standards, Thai Airways International Public Company Limited (THAI), said that THAI was granted the IATA Operational Safety Audit (IOSA) Certificate which is the most accepted airlines safety and operations evaluation system.
THAI, the first Thai carrier certified in 2004, has been granted the IOSA certificates continuously thanks to effective management and international standards of operational safety. IATA member airlines are required to be audited once every two years.
THAI strives for maintaining operational safety and developing products and services quality. THAI will resume services as the COVID-19 situation improves.
