The Aime Knowledge Program When Imagination Is Released

November 30, 2018 Trade Events No Comments Email Email

At Asia Pacific Meetings and Incentives Event we believe that knowledge exchange is fuel for economic growth, and we’re proud to present our AIME Knowledge Program.  We understand the value in professional and personal learning as part of the overall event experience and have devised opportunities for the whole community to come together and build shared experiences, setting the tone for the days of meetings on the floor.

The program now expands across the whole three days of AIME, with the immersive and interactive Knowledge Exchange across all of Monday, complimented by short-bite sessions on the show floor on Tuesday and Wednesday in the Ideas Academy. For the first time, we are opening the program to the entire community – buyers, exhibitors and media discovering together.

We invite you to connect, exchange and be inspired at AIME –  where the possibilities for the future expand.

We look forward to seeing you at AIME in February.

Event Director

The Knowledge Exchange is proudly sponsored by Melbourne Convention Bureau and developed in association with our strategic education partner PCMA.

The Aime Knowledge Program When Imagination Is Released

Sessions in the Knowledge Exchange include thought-provoking keynote plenary talks designed to challenge thinking, intensive skill-based workshops and collaborative case-study workshops.

The Dialogue in the Dark workshops presented by Guide Dogs Victoria are conducted in complete darkness and delivered by professional facilitators with blindness or low vision.  Participants will face unpredictable situations similar to many business landscapes offering them the opportunity to discover new skills, cultivate creativity, and adopt an inclusive perspective of the world.

Also taking place as part of the program will be the invitation only Leaders Forum, ICCA’s Business Exchange and MEA’s two-day event management workshop program open to current students as well as the broader AIME community. Further details of this program will be available on the AIME website soon.

The Ideas Academy will be held alongside the exhibition on the show floor on Tuesday 19 and Wednesday 20 February.  It is designed to offer visitors to the show the opportunity to attend a short thought provoking knowledge session enhancing their overall experience of AIME.  The Ideas Academy education will offer participants the opportunity to gain new insights and to leave with practical takeaways they can implement in their business practice.

All AIME participants and visitors are welcome to the free-to-attend Ideas Academy sessions.
