Earlier this month, the Bali Government Tourism Office granted Meliá Bali a verification certificate in regard to the implementation of ‘new normal’ health protocols by the resort according to all regulations placed by the government of Bali for the tourism industry in this ‘new normal’ phase.

This verification certificate further confirms that health and safety standards of Meliá Bali is in line with the current globally recommended guidance. Since the hotel welcomed guests back, Meliá Bali had already applied disease preventive measures from ‘Stay Safe by Meliá’ program established by Melia Hotels International that is certified by Bureau Veritas as a recognized world leader in testing, inspection and certification.

Preventive actions such as physical distancing, disinfection measures, daily health monitoring, staff trainings and other detailed measures have been enforced to meet health and safety measures according to the World Health Organization guidance and Meliá Hotels International set standards because the health and well-being of guests, partners and employees have always been the number one priority of Meliá Bali.
