Mother’s Day Golden Hot Pot Feast

The Mother’s Day celebration is a feast for dine-in or takeaway at HK$388 per person, for a party of at least four, available from 5 – 31 May 2020.

The headline specialty is a perfect, nourishing treat for mothers – Golden Fish Maw, Pork Stomach with Pepper and Chicken Pot.  Highlight is the golden yellow broth, with pork stomach rich in vitamins, bringing high-quality protein, and fish maw also rich in protein with a good source of collagen, beloved by ladies for its skin benefits.

The entire set extends to an array of popular side dishes such as Hanging Premium Sliced Angus Beef Short RibsDeep-fried Homemade Bean Curd with Seaweed RollsFreshly Made Egg Noodles and Salted Egg Yolk Fish Cracklings, along with two new specialties – Handmade Squid Ball and Pork Dumplings presented in a lovely flower shape.

For a special Mother’s Day surprise, through collaboration with boutique bespoke floral design company He Art Florist, a beautiful mini floral arrangement “The Firecracker” is available as an add-on to hot pot orders at HK$428.  Inspired by the brand’s signature hot pot “The Drunken Pot”, the bouquet of protea (sugarbushes), carnation and dancing doll is available via the online platform for delivery with the hot pot on 9 and 10 May 2020 (Mother’s Day), for orders placed before 5 May 2020.

The hot pot feast headlines the brand’s popular 4-in-1 individual signature broths of Fish Maw, Pork Stomach with Pepper & Chicken; Almond Pork Lung with Papaya & White FungusTomato with Onion, Carrot & Pork Shankand Sichuan Numbingly Spicy – for a variety of flavours with every dip!

Accompanying is an array of popular ingredients from Meat Platter of pork, beef, lamb and chicken to Fresh Scallops and Deep-fried Homemade Bean Curd with Seaweed Rolls, along with Freshly-Made Egg Noodles, Salted Egg Yolk Fish Cracklings and Vegetable Platter.

New “Soul Food” Lunch Menu

The Drunken Pot launches a new “Soul Food” set-lunch menu priced from HK$58 on 5 May 2020, featuring nine tasty specialties which are also available for dine-in and takeaway.

Seven are hotpot-themed, served with a choice of rice, sweet potato noodle or vermicelli. The selection features Sichuan Numbingly Spicy Trio with squid balls, fried bean curd buff stuffed with squid paste and braised pork; Taiwanese-style Spicy Duck Maroon Jelly and Beef Sirloin; Almond Pork Lung Broth with Papaya and White Fungus, an IG-favourite with papaya sitting in the broth, bringing health benefits of protein-rich pork lung and white fungus collagen for the skin; brand new Fish Maw, Pork Stomach with Pepper and Chicken Broth, super nourishing, rich in vitamins, high-quality protein and collagen’s skin benefits; Tomato Broth with Onion, Carrot & Pork Shank, Black Truffle with Assorted Mushrooms; and Teochew-style Satay.

Completing the value lunches are all-in-one Truffle Fried Rice with Duck Drumstick and Sunny-side-up Egg, topped with egg white soufflé and black truffle, and Thailand’s favourite Pad Thai with Assorted Seafood.

Lunch sets also include a complimentary choice of new thirst-quenchers on the menu, including Pear, White Fungus and Goji Berry (HK$28), rich in essential antioxidants, with white fungus collagen’s skin benefits and goji berry supporting immune systems, and Monk Fruit with Chrysanthemum(HK$28), which also brings immune system and metabolism benefits.

Signature Spicy Specialties for Takeaway

Three spicy signature dishes showcasing The Drunken Pot’s most popular secret hot pot recipes are also available for takeaway in the handy new packaging for re-heating at home or office: Sichuan Style Stewed Chilli Fish, Stewed Fish with Pickled Mustard Cabbage, and Taiwanese Duo with Beef Brisket and Spicy Duck Blood are each priced HK$68 for pick-up, or add-ons to delivery sets.
