The Grand Lobby invites guests to continue the gastronomic journey from Vienna to Moscow, the enchanting capital city of Russia as the next destination city for its thematic afternoon tea experience. Discover the new Moscow Afternoon Tea with its unique delights and specially crafted cocktails from now to 14 March 2021, before the gastronomic journey departs for another exciting city of the world.

Guests can expect to be treated to an exclusive selection of classic Russian canapes, home-baked scones, sweet treats and inspired creations by Executive Pastry Chef Tai Chien Lin amidst the grandeur of The Grand Lobby. Delight in a specially curated array of Kristal Caviar & smoked salmon blinis, black sesame seed bagels, rye bread and beet caviar, amongst other delicacies inspired by the captivating capital city. For sweet treats, indulge in the classic Russian Apple Sharlotka, Cranberry Kissel, Ptichye Moloko and more, perfectly paired with a choice of Mariage Frères premium tea or the Raffles custom-blended coffee.

To heighten the Moscow Afternoon Tea experience, guests can also choose from a curated selection of handcrafted cocktails, including Post Imperial Kir ($25++), a fruity and bubbly concoction made with Champagne, gin, raspberry, cherry and orange; Babushkiny Luchshiye ($20++), a unique blend of rum, apple, beet, milk, tea and citrus; and Tarragon Tat’yana ($25++), a potent elixir of vodka, vermouth, sake and tarragon. For an indulgent experience, enjoy a glass of Billecart-Salmon Champagne Brut ($25++ per glass) or Champagne Rosé ($35++ per glass) with an additional selection of patisseries.

The Moscow Afternoon Tea experience is priced at S$88++ per guest and is offered alongside the signature Classic Afternoon Tea. The charming thematic experience is part of The Grand Lobby’s new afternoon tea offering, where guests are taken on an evocative journey to revel in the unique culinary flavours of selected distinctive cities around the world.
