The Noosa Eat & Drink Festival long weekend returns to Noosa from Thursday 10 – Sunday 13 June 2021 and will see some of Australia’s favourite celebrity chefs visit for the annual four-day festival!

Featuring the signature Noosa Tipi events on Noosa Main Beach, the Noosa Long Lunch, bespoke restaurant events with visiting chefs and more.

Visiting talent to join us in Noosa to celebrate include:  Colin Fassnidge, Matt Moran, Matt Preston, Anna Polyviou, Alastair McLeod, Scott Pickett, Adam D’Sylva, George Calombaris, Matt Sinclair, Gary Mehigan, Kerrie McCallum, John Susman, Adam Wolfers, Kirsten Tibballs, Khahn Ong, Laura Sharrad, Ollie Hansford, Diana Chan, Luca Ciano, Mark Jensen, Joel Bickford and Frederico Zanellato.

Thursday 10 June

Noosa Beer meets Noosa Chocolate –  Land & Sea Brewery;  6pm-9pm, $100. Noosa’s first and finest brewery & distillery meets Noosa’s most luxurious chocolate panners for a decadent pairing handcrafted with passion right here in Noosa.  Noosa Beer’s Head Brewer & Distiller will be hosting an informative tour & masterclass while you immerse yourself in a truly self-indulgent experience. Treat yourself to the all-inclusive Salted Dark Chocolate Stout, Chocolate Whisky and Chocolate Liqueur with roaming sweet treats throughout.

Friday 11 June

Noosa Long Lunch on Hastings Street Presented by Ferrari Brisbane – Hastings Street, 11.30am-2.30pm, $179. Hosted by Matt Preston and Kerrie McCallum of delicious, enjoy live entertainment, a three course lunch with accompanying wines, a Sunshine & Sons cocktail on arrival, beers by Stone & Wood and an espresso martini by Mr Black. 

Hinterland Harvest Long Lunch – Black Ant Gourmet, 11.30am-2.30pm, $95. Mingle with food lovers while chatting to producers from the local region all while enjoying a beautiful harvest long lunch in the gorgeous Noosa Hinterland. Price includes a mead tasting from Amrita Park Meadery or a glass bubbles from Dingo Creek Vineyard on arrival.

Provencal Luncheon Feast on the Noosa Riviera – Gusto Noosa; 12pm-3pm, $99, $139 with matched wines. Also available on Saturday. If the sound of Pistou, Tapenade, seafood, Bouillabaisse, ratatouille, Provencal soup or even lavender is mouth-watering to you then you cannot miss this delicious Provence themed luncheon delight at Gusto Noosa.

Courses on Course – Noosa Springs; 12pm-6:30pm, $179, Celebrating its 5th year, Courses on Course just gets better each time. Enjoy 9 holes of signature food, wine and seriously fun golf – and you don’t even have to know how to play!

Festival Opening Party Presented by Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Brisbane – The Noosa Tipis on Noosa Main Beach; 4pm-6.30pm.  $149.  Celebrate the return of the Noosa Eat & Drink Festival under the iconic beach tipis. Hosted by celebrity chef Colin Fassnidge, the party will feature signature canapes by chef Andrea Ravezzani from Noosa Waterfront Restaurant, a fabulous selection of drinks and party tunes by DJ Niki De Saint.  Expect a few surprises including a guest DJ spot by one of our visiting chefs!

Saturday 12 June

Blush + Bubbles Beachside Brunch – The Noosa Tipis on Noosa Main Beach; 11am-1.30pm. $149. Whilst standing under the iconic Noosa Main Beach Tipis, you will enjoy a roaming brunch with a blushing line-up featuring sparkling bubbles, rose and a selection of cocktails and all things pink!

The Chefs Kitchen – Saturday and Sunday. Details coming soon.  Join us for cooking demos with celebrity chefs in The Chefs Kitchen, held in the beautiful riverside parkland, the Noosa Woods. Presented by Olsson’s Salts.

Lunch with George and Gary at Makepeace Island – 12pm-3-pm $195.  Join us for this truly special lunch experience. The private haven of Makepeace Island will be your exclusive dining venue with lunch being created by two names synonymous with the Australian culinary scene, the ever popular duo of George Calombaris and Gary Mehigan.  Using local produce, George and Gary will team up with Makepeace Island Chef Zeb Gilbert to curate an unforgettable lunch affair.  Using local produce, George, Gary and Zeb will create a menu that embodies the Noosa region featuring light, fresh Asian flavours with just a little spice!

Berry Funday at Cooloola Berries – Cooloola Berries; 8am-5pm, $24. Also on Sunday.  Enjoy a picturesque Noosa country drive to Cooloola Berries Strawberry Farm for this Funday experience. Included in your Funday package – pick your own strawberries (500g or 1kg) and 2 strawberry sundaes. Whilst there indulge in strawberry cider, strawberry desserts, locally grown food, waffles, scones and pancakes. Bring a picnic blanket and enjoy the beautiful surrounds of the farm grounds.

Red Lantern District at Sum Yung Guys – Sum Yung Guys; 12pm-3pm, $149 pp incl beer and wine.

The boys at Sum Yung Guys are teaming up with Mark Jensen from Red Lantern to bring you a collaborative menu packed full of influences from Vietnam, Thailand and further afield.

We’re talking delicious food to share, think big serves with even bigger flavours alongside a collection of carefully curated wines and beers coupled with rowdy convo, a crew of your closest friends and a buzzing atmosphere.

Flavours of South Asia with Adam D’Sylva – Embassy XO; 12pm-3pm, $125.  Join Adam D’Sylva (Coda and Tonka) and Embassy XO’s James Wu for an afternoon of modern Asian, modern Australian and a little bit in-between. With a carefully curated range of dishes perfect for sharing, this banquet lunch will be all about innovation and carefully balanced flavours with a South Asian influence.Think salty, spicy, sour and sweet – the perfect combination for a share style menu perfectly matched with wines from Mr Riggs wine company

The Kings Banquet – Royal Thai Food – Spicers Tamarind Restaurant; 12pm-3pm$199. Head Chef Daniel Jarrett will create a menu for ‘The Kings Banquet – Royal Thai Food’ effortlessly combining sweet, sour and spicy flavours with fresh local produce – the perfect meeting of traditional and new.

This very special intimate lunch will be for 20 guests only and includes paired beverages, so book early secure your seat for this dining experience.

Heads of Noosa Brews and Southern Style BBQ – Heads of Noosa; 6:30pm-9pm. $120. You won’t want to miss this dinner where the smokey flavours of Southern Style BBQ meet up with the exceptional brews of Heads of Noosa Beer. Included is four schooners of exceptional lager or wine of choice from Brockenchack Wines and dessert king Adriano Zumbo will be whipping up some sweet treats. There’ll also be endless Hop Valley H2O (zero sugar, zero alcohol) for drivers or fanatical hyrdators.

Sunday 13 June

The Sunday Session – Spritz and Seafood –  The Noosa Tipis on Noosa Main Beach; 11am-1.30pm. $149. Join us for The Sunday Session under the Noosa Main Beach Tipis. Watch the waves roll in as you sip on your favourite drink, served up to you from our beachside bars. Feast on fresh seafood with your feet in the sand. Oysters freshly shucked, sashimi and prawns will be available from our raw bar with other seafood delights roaming. This is a Sunday Session not to be missed.

Festival Sundowner Presented by Diablo – The Noosa Tipis on Noosa Main Beach,4pm-6.30pm; $149. Slip off your shoes, get your toes in the sand and join us for a beach sundowner under the Noosa Main Beach Tipis, hosted by Celebrity Chef Alastair McLeod. Diablo Ginger Beer are joining us for the  Festival Sundowner bringing together plenty of devilishly refreshing cocktails alongside delicious bites, live music and dancing into the evening.

Locale Finale Dinner Featuring Matt Moran –  Locale, 6.30pm, $195. To close our festival weekend, celebrated tour-de-force of the Australian culinary scene, Matt Moran, joins Locale restaurant to present an elegant Finale Dinner to farewell the 2021 festival in grand style. Surrounded by the lush gardens and amid the dramatic candlelit elegance of Locale, this dinner will be a night to remember as Matt Moran brings his magic to the menu. Joining Matt in the curation of the Finale Dinner will be Joel Bickford of Aria fame and awarded Locale chef Chris Hagan who, together, will create an unforgettable dining experience.

Farewell the Noosa Eat & Drink Festival at the El Capitano Afterparty! –El Capitano; 8pm to late.$35. Let El Capitano help you farewell your festival weekend at their Afterparty. Order up your beverage of choice from their drinks list that features natural, organic and skin contact wines, craft beers, bespoke spirits and original cocktails and say cheers to the Noosa Eat & Drink festival!
