Spread the love

For the 2018 festive season, Zuma Hong Kong is jam packed with holiday offerings for guests to enjoy throughout December. Festivities include Sunday afternoon aperitif sessions, a special Christmas Eve edition of the Yashoku night brunch, a Festive Baikingu brunch and even a New Year’s Eve Countdown Party – Zuma is the place to celebrate all month long.

Laid-back Sundays at Zuma

On 2 December, Zuma introduced Nomikai Sundays, an aperitif session every Sunday from 5:30pm to 7:30pm in their 6th floor Lounge. Each cocktail is priced at HKD140 and includes complementary canapés. Guests who have enjoyed the weekend brunch are encouraged to stay and join upstairs for an upbeat vibe with Zuma’s resident DJ – perfect for those looking to spend a chilled-out yet indulgent evening with friends.

Zuma’s new Kokeshi-inspired cocktails

Zuma introduces Geijutsu, the new art and contemporary section in their refreshed cocktail menu that includes two creations inspired by Kokeshi, Japanese handmade wooden dolls, just in time for the holidays. Zuma’s Kokeshi cocktail features Johnnie Walker Black Label, becherovka, yuzu, strawberry oleo sacharum and almond, a combination that’s fresh and deep at the same time. The second cocktail, Karami, is sweet and spicy with gin, passion fruit, honey, lemon, apple and chili.

Zuma’s endless festive menu options

From 22 December to 1 January, guests can enjoy the Festive Baikingu brunch featuring teriyaki foie gras with sesame and green mango tsukemono and a special edition dessert platter including the walnut and ginger bread pudding with spiced figs and whisky caramel [HKD838 per person; HKD250 for children ages 4 to 10]. Santa will also make a daily appearance between 22 and 26 December to giveaway small presents to children. In addition to their regular à la carte dinner menu, select white alba truffle specials will also be available. The Festive Daikoku Tasting Menu will be served from 22 December to 1 January which includes signature dishes such as the Chilean sea bass with green chili ginger dressing and ribeye steak with wafu sauce and garlic chips [HKD1,280 per person].
