Tosca di Angelo Experience at Home
Fancy a Michelin-starred dining experience with your friends and family in the comfort of your own home? The Tosca di Angelo Experience at Home is here!
The mastermind behind the concept, Angelo Aglianó, has carefully designed two sample seasonal menus for guests to choose from, each incorporating the finest local produce and the best of what Italy has to offer. Guests can expect meticulous dishes cooked on the spot by the restaurant’s chefs. To extend The Ritz-Carlton’s legendary service to the guests’ own homes, a Tosca di Angelo maitre d’ will also be of service during the Experience.
The Experience is available from 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm daily (except Monday and Tuesday until further notice), and requires three-day advance reservation and a minimum of four guests per booking. Five-course menu for four guests is priced at HK$2,200 per person. Items on the sample menus can be modified, and are subject to changes depending on the venue’s equipment. Our Ladies and Gentlemen will contact bookers personally to ensure an exceptional dining experience at home.

Stellar Takeaway Menu by Tin Lung Heen and Tosca di Angelo
Enjoy a stellar dining experience in the comfort of your own home or office with takeaway menus from our Michelin-starred establishments Tin Lung Heen (2-star) and Tosca di Angelo (1-star).
Signature items from Tin Lung Heen include “Double-boiled chicken soup with fish maw in baby coconut”, “Baked Middle East Yoshihama abalone puff”, “Braised pork belly with supreme sauce”, and “Chilled mango cream with sago and pomelo”. The chicken stock of “Double-boiled chicken soup with fish maw in baby coconut” is first simmered for two hours. After removing the excess oil, it is simmered again for another hour with coconut water which adds sweetness and freshness to the soup. The meaty and flavorful yellow croaker fish maw is rich in collagen, making it an all-time favorite of the ladies. Sample a “Baked Middle East Yoshihama abalone puff” – a delicate dim sum treat with a whole abalone and roasted goose meticulously prepared by Chef de Cuisine Paul Lau.
Angelo Aglianó, Director of Tosca di Angelo, has specially curated an array of takeaway dishes. Highlights include “Mezzi paccheri pasta with Sicilian red shrimps and basil pesto sauce”, “Roasted Aveyron lamb with basil piperade, mashed potatoes and black pepper sauce” and “Traditional tiramisù”. Umami-packed red shrimps from Angelo’s hometown Sicily, together with mezzi paccheri pasta in a homemade basil pesto sauce, promise to delight any seafood lovers. “Traditional tiramisù”, a true Italian classic made with Angelo’s secret recipe, is sure to wrap up the meal on a sweet note.
“The Perfect Roast” Delivery Menu
Craving a Sunday roast with your family? The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong has got you covered with “The Perfect Roast” delivery menu. The tasty menu – perfect for four people – includes Lobster bisque or Wild mushroom soup, a generous portion of side dishes and bread rolls, a delicious whole cake, and a choice of one main course: Oven-roasted French chicken, Herb crusted organic salmon trout, Classic honey glazed Gammon ham, Roasted US prime rib-eye, or Roasted Rack of Lamb.
The set is available daily for pick-up at our hotel, or delivery at a supplement.
