Kris’ impressive career in the hospitality industry – which spans 30 years – includes five-star training as part of the first intake of hospitality staff on Denarau when tourism was first emerging in Fiji.
She has been a part of the award-winning adults-only boutique resort’s team for over five years and is adored by guests for the consistently exceptional, friendly service she provides. Kris is always smiling and strives to ensure her team of 20 go the extra mile to offer service to be remembered.
According to Kris, the secret behind Tokoriki Island Resort’s award-winning service is simple: “We treat our guests like they at home, not in a resort,” she says.
