On Friday 1st March, the Executive Chefs from QT Sydney, QT Perth, and QT Canberra will join forces at Capitol Bar and Grill to deliver a four-course shared feasting menu with matched Canberra District Wines.

Exclusively designed to celebrate Good Food Month, and personally served by all three chefs, the dinner will present as an intimate, long-table dining experience that combines the culinary prowess of three QT Executive Chefs with hatted-restaurant experience.

On the evening, the accomplished trio will take charge of one course each, developing bespoke dishes reflective of the signature style from their QT restaurant. QT Sydney’s Michael Box will be designing the starters, QT Perth’s Nic Wood the entrees, and QT Canberra’s Josh Smith-Thirkell the mains and desserts. Whilst the menu remains under wraps, it promises to showcase a collision of flavours, as an ode to each chef’s varied experience and styles.
