Tiffin Room celebrates the festival of colours, popularly known as Holi this March. An ode to welcoming spring, Holi is all about feasting and celebrating with family and friends while historically signifying the triumph of good over evil. Traditionally dishes served during this festival introduce fresh flavours and colours to add touches of vibrance, where the exuberance of the fiesta is mirrored in the cuisine.

Specially prepared by award-winning Chef Kuldeep Negi, the Flavours of Holi menu offers a wide selection of delightful vegetarian dishes, North Indian delicacies, and live stations presenting popular Indian street food.

Chef Kuldeep dedicates a live station to Chaat, an integral part of Indian cuisine. Typically served as an appetiser at Indian street food carts, guests can revel in the lively atmosphere while watching the chefs prepare the exquisite dish and savour the wonderful mix of flavours and textures.

Tiffin Room invites guests and the community to embark on this tantalising culinary journey and celebrate the spirit of Holi, with an authentic dining experience while being surrounded by colourful antique display plates and a showcase of traditional tiffin boxes.

The Flavours of Holi menu is available as a buffet for lunch and dinner from 2 to 10 March 2020, in lieu of the regular menu.
