Starting from September, TokyoLima will be hosting a different themed brunch party on the third Saturday of every month kicking off with a Trujillo Spring Brunch (HKD398 per person) on Saturday September 29.

Peru’s infamous Trujillo Spring Festival is one of the largest in the country and honours the nickname of Trujillo city, City of the everlasting spring. In celebration of this, TokyoLima will be decked out with fresh bright daisies, will feature live acoustic band and a dress code of floral prints. The brunch menu includes signature sharing dishes such as the Ki-mo-chi Fried Chicken and T-3 salad with crispy glass noodles. From the Ceviche Bar, guests can choose from a selection of TokyoLima’s favourites including Ceviche Japones for an assortment of seafood marinated in tangy shoyu citrus dressing. Hot dishes are ordered per person but are, as always, best enjoyed shared. A selection of house favourites feature on the menu including the traditional Peruvian Tacu Tacu fried rice, Grilled Cod (for additional HKD68) and juicy Pincanha Grilled Rump Steak (for additional HKD28). Guests can opt for a free-flow package for an additional HKD180 per person which includes the cocktail of the week, sake, wine, prosecco and beer.
