Marriott International (NASDAQ: MAR), has unveiled the “Top 52 Restaurants and Bars by Marriott Bonvoy”, a curated list showcasing the best of the best, one-of-a-kind dining experiences at unforgettable destinations across the Asia-Pacific region. Each week, from now until 16 February 2020, the top restaurants and bars of Marriott International hotels in the Asia-Pacific region will feature dining experiences, workshops, chef’s tables and other events to provide food lovers with inspiration to pack their bags for exciting, food and beverage focused getaways.

From the urban capitals of Bangkok and Shanghai to the tropical paradise islands of Bali and Phu Quoc, food lovers are invited to experience the exceptional flavours, breath-taking design and distinguished chefs and mixologists that make each place truly unique.

At The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong, diners will discover secrets of mixing signature cocktails at a Mixology Masterclass at Ozone Bar and learn how to make authentic dim sum with chefs at its two Michelin-starred restaurant, Tin Lung Heen. At Wan Hao, located in the Singapore Marriott Tang Plaza Hotel, the art of fine Scottish whiskey will be elevated in masterful pairings with classic Cantonese cuisine. A hands on cooking demo will deepen diners’ understanding of Nikkei cuisine at Henshin at The Westin Jakarta. Another not-to-be-missed experience is the Beef Omakase event at The Margaux Grill at JW Marriott Hotel Seoul, which explores the essence of wood fire grilling with premium beef or fresh seafood.

With the Top 52 Restaurants and Bars by Marriott Bonvoy, travellers will be inspired to pack their bags for exciting destinations such as Shanghai and sip signature cocktails at Canton Disco, with its décor transporting guests to a bygone era at The Shanghai EDITION. At JW Marriott Hotel Beijing Central, Man Ho serves timeless Cantonese cuisine for a classic dining experience. Dinner at two Michelin-starred Tin Lung Heen in The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong will be the highlight of an unforgettable trip to this city.

New discoveries off the beaten track
The Top 52 Restaurants and Bars by Marriott Bonvoy also showcases treasures such as the romantic Kubu, nestled on the banks of the scenic Ayung River at Mandapa, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve resort in Bali, with its six- to eight-course dégustation menus of light Mediterranean and European cuisine. At JW Marriott Phu Quoc in Vietnam, the paradisiacal Pink Pearl is a luxury farm-to-table French restaurant set within a backdrop of sparkling emerald seas and fuchsia sunsets. Another enchanting destination on the list is the sublime Kayuputi at The St. Regis Langkawi, an elegant venue with fabric-draped high ceilings and seashell chandeliers perched over the waters of the beautiful Andaman Sea.

The diverse choices on the list will also take adventure-seeking foodies across to India to discover the subcontinent’s colourful flavours in Bukhara at ITC Maurya, A Luxury Collection Hotel in New Delhi. The breath-taking Mohan Mahal at JW Marriott Jaipur Resort & Spa is illuminated only with soft flickering candlelight, setting the scene for an unforgettably special and romantic evening.
