Trafalgar Launches New Africa Program

  • 72 years in the making: Trafalgar pays homage to the Tollman family homeland with the launch of a dedicated Africa programme. A pivotal moment in Trafalgar’s brand history with a rich story of a family-owned and operated company with its roots firmly still in Africa.

  • The program will deliver unrivalled expertise, immeasurable passion, real-life stories and connection to people and places like no other.
  • Trafalgar will be connecting travellers to the African continent in a way like no other – as the Tollmans open their hearts to share stories, secrets and hidden gems of their home, giving guests priceless travel opportunities.
  • The program will consist of smaller group trips – mini stays (Victoria Falls Experience and Botswana Delta Experience) are for only four pax and 12 pax or 15 pax for most African trips.
  • Accomplished photographer and renowned African guide Mike Myers created all the beautiful photography that you will see in the brochure.
  • The timing of Trafalgar’s commitment to Africa has great significance as 2018 marks the centenary of the life of one of the great leaders and fathers of Africa, Nelson Mandela( Trafalgar coming home in 2018 is a small homage to the greatest fellow (South) African.
  • Trafalgar waited this long to fully invest in an Africa programme because of its commitment to providing nothing but the best when it comes to precious holiday times meant that they needed to have all the pieces in place.
