Premium all-inclusive holiday provider, Club Med, today launches its annual industry survey asking travel agents across Australia to share valuable feedback on the business. Helping to shape future communications and develop relevant industry tools, all participating travel agents will go in the draw to win one of five $100 gift vouchers, as a thank you for their time.

The 2018 survey titled, ‘Travel Agents, Tell us what you really think’, asks questions regarding;

  • Travel agents’ knowledge and understanding of Club Med
  • Club Med and its corporate social responsibility
  • Club Med sales tools and Resources (brochure, factsheets, travel agent portal etc)
  • Club Med training
  • Club Med’s sales team
  • Club Med’s call centre
  • Meetings and Events by Club Med

On the 2018 survey, Rachael Harding, General Manager for Club Med in the Pacific says, “Here at Club Med, we appreciate the vital contribution Travel Agents make to the overall business. We therefore understand how essential it is to provide the most effective and useful tools for our trade partners to be inspired, learn and sell Club Med holidays to their valued clients.”

Each year, survey feedback is collated and analysed to determine the ways Club Med can improve its industry communication and better support its travel agent partners.

Over the years this has seen Club Med implement a number of changes including the redesign of its brochure in 2018 based on the feedback from travel agents in the 2017 survey.
