After upping the ante for this year’s World Travel Expos featuring Cruise by attending Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne editions, Travel Partners will add the Perth and Gold Coast World Travel Expos to its 2020 roster.

The increased commitment reflects the strong growth of the Travel Partners independent model.

According to Kate Cameron, General Manager of Travel Partners, the business’s mobile agent network has grown by about 35% this year alone, from 110 network partners in January 2019 to 145 in late October 2019.

“Supported by the phenomenal FCTG buying power, our increased presence at the World Travel Expo featuring Cruise has benefited our Travel Partners’ network with some fabulous lead generation opportunities. In October alone, our Travel Partners mobile agents had access to almost 45,000 registered attendees.

“Unlike any other independent travel business model, Travel Partners agents have access to the full suite of FCTG product and the opportunities provided by our World Travel Expo events. With statistics like the 45,000 potential clients attending just three events in October (Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane), the opportunity for these agents to attend more events is very compelling.

Initially only attending the Brisbane and Sydney World Travel Expos, the business has expanded to include mobile agents in Melbourne. Next year, Travel Partners will be represented at the Perth and Gold Coast events too, anchoring their presence at these important public events.
