Spread the love

In our newsletter series on ecotourism and mindfulness, we write about Green Pearls® Hotels which combine these two future trends in a very special way. Especially after the pandemic, our Green Pearls are the ideal place to bring mindfulness back into focus, to travel sustainably, and to harmonize body, mind, and soul. Our hoteliers, who work tirelessly for more sustainability in tourism, also follow this concept when it comes to the health and well-being of their guests.

Completely relaxed

For the Berghotel Rehlegg in Berchtesgaden, the focus is on recovery and tranquility. “Breathe again. Feel good. Recover.” is the hotel’s guiding principle as it caters to the needs of its guests. The Almwies’n SPA, sauna world, pool, relaxation, and fitness areas offer space for both relaxation and reinvigoration.

In the wellness area, there is plenty of relaxation, warmth, and a peaceful feeling of letting go. Those who prefer to be active can take part in aqua gymnastics or work out in the fitness area. For these special times on holiday, the hotel offers weekly plans. Sometimes active, sometimes relaxing, sporty, or spiritual. Singing bowl rituals, yoga, rejuvenation in the outdoor sauna, spa discovery tours, and aqua gymnastics are on the schedule and included for guests. Workshops such as “Herbal Wellness Homemade” and “Herbal Expedition” can be booked additionally. The experienced members of the spa team pamper guests with massages to combat stress and use wonderfully healing natural care products. In addition to the hotel’s own range of skincare products “Rehlegger Kräuterfee”, the exclusive SPA brand LIGNE ST BARTH can also be chosen for treatments.

The Berghotel Rehlegg is an oasis of peace in the middle of the mountains. Pristine nature, silence, and fresh air are valuable factors to recharge one’s batteries. In addition to sleep and yoga retreats, there is a hiking and excursion program. The lovingly designed rooms in the “Lichtnelke” category also ensure relaxation, mindfulness, and well-being. They have dreamy, adjustable rocking beds, telescopes for stargazing, foot basins for Kneipp baths, and the hotel’s own sleeping tea. W-LAN and TV are not available in the Lichtnelke rooms to allow guests to disconnect and a pillow menu offers enough choice for an individually restful sleep.
