Trendy KiKi Noodle Bar (KiKi Tea) Presents ‘Summer Breeze’ of New Pan-Asian Specialties, Refreshing Drinks & Great Value Set Menus

Trendsetting KiKi Noodle Bar (KiKi Tea) has launched a ‘Summer Breeze’ surprise introducing healthy new pan-Asian noodle favourites to its Taiwanese menu along with great value set menus at flagship branches KiKi Noodle Bar (KiKi Tea) ifc mall and KiKi Noodle Bar (KiKi Tea) K11 MUSEA.

Refreshing new summer drinks are also introduced at all four KiKi Tea branches – KiKi Tea @ Sun’s Bazaar Telford PlazaKiKi Tea @ Sun’s Baazar at Pacific Place, KiKi Tea at K11 MUSEA and KiKi Tea at ifc mall.

 KiKi Noodle Bar (KiKi Tea) continues the KiKi noodle brand’s iconic winning recipe of natural, healthy sun-dried noodles, handmade from just flour and water without MSG or additives, and signature crowd-pleasing Taiwanese tea and bubbles made with natural ingredients.

Available for both dine-in and takeaway from today to 31 August 2020, the seasonal ‘Summer Breeze’ menu also includes a new set menu and loyalty programme for regular diners.

Chef recommendations for summer include four new specialties from Japan, China and Vietnam.

Japanese favourites are headlined by Sea Urchin Mixed Noodles (HK$138); KiKi’s first-ever tsukemen, Curry Tsukemen with Sliced Pork (HK$128), adapted with KiKi signature sun-dried noodles from traditional ramen; and popular summer specialty Hiyashi Chuka with Assorted Seafood (HK$108), a refreshing chilled KiKi version of ramen topped with colourful goodies and tossed in a bright, simple dressing.

Chilled Vietnamese Beef Noodles (HK$128) to beat the summer heat is an amazing combination of goodness, aroma and flavour from peanuts, cucumber, carrot, bean sprouts, shallot, onion, mint and basil with chili and garlic vinaigrette. Back by popular demand is exquisite Chinese-style Abalone Noodles in Chicken Soup, Fish Maw (HK$138), nourishing yin and beauty, supplementing collagen

New Side Dishes include homemade Marinated Turnip (HK$38), Sichuan Spicy Duck Blood (HK$38), and Chilled Okra, Sesame Sauce (HK$38).

A new Set Menu offers a choice of one from six snacks, including the new side dishes, eleven noodle options from Michelin-starred chef’s creation to new chef recommendations, and two drinks on special offer at HK$128, reduced to HK$148, all-day throughout the week at KiKi Noodle Bar (KiKi Tea) K11 MUSEA and after 3pm. on weekdays at KiKi Noodle Bar (KiKi Tea) ifc mall.

The new Afternoon Tea Set is meanwhile priced just HK$48 for a main course choice from six options including new items Taiwanese Fish Cake Tempura with sweet miso sauce and Taiwanese Popcorn Chicken with Black Truffle Aioli, and drink choice of Winter Melon Tea or Peach Oolong – served after 3pm on weekdays at both KiKi Noodle Bar (KiKi Tea) ifc mall and KiKi Noodle Bar (KiKi Tea) K11 MUSEA.

Refreshing new Summer Drinks are Winter Melon Tea, Calamansi Lime, Aiyu Jelly (HK$35), pairing the brand’s signature with vitamin-rich calamansi, and Passion Fruit Smoothie (HK$38), with passion fruit’s ultra-healthy and vitamin-rich nutrients said to relieve stress and boost immune systems.

A new Dining Promotion invites regulars to collect a stamp with every set menu ordered, for a future HK$50 dinner discount after collecting five stamps. Meanwhile, the KiKi Tea Loyalty Program also invites customers to collect stamps for takeaway KiKi Tea specials from all four KiKi Tea branches – earning a free pearl upgrade for collecting two stamps; free cream mousse for collecting four stamps, and a free KiKi Tea of your choice on collecting seven stamps.
