Now’s the time to plan a decadent winter escape to the 10th Truffle Kerfuffle held in a food and wine lovers’ paradise in Manjimup in Western Australia’s Southern Forests region from 25 to 27 June 2021.
We missed being able to rug up and mingle around the fire pit, indulge in long table feasts with generous amounts of freshly unearthed truffles, attend free cooking demonstrations and taste the freshest truffles and renowned Southern Forests produce in 2020, thanks to the pandemic.

Now is the time to block your diary and make plans for a getaway to Manjimup, the heart of Australian truffle country, and treat yourself with a weekend away celebrating the alluring black truffle at Fonty’s Pool.

Besides delectable dining events, there’ll be truffle dog demonstrations and truffle hunts, fireside cooking sessions in the Chef’s Cabin with acclaimed chefs, wine sessions and spirit tasting, an undercover Marketplace where you can meet local farmers, producers, winemakers and the community that make up the Southern Forests region.

Held in the most prolific truffle growing region in the Southern Hemisphere, the festival is a true celebration of Manjimup’s prized black truffles, sought-after by chefs across the globe for their consistent high quality, impossible-to-describe taste and unmistakable heady, earthy aroma.

Take some time out to be in the country, surrounded by trees and rolling green hills and be a part of an authentic country festival.

From its initial beginnings in 2011, Truffle Kerfuffle (a not for profit community event) has grown into a highlight of the Australian tourism calendar and is on the to-do list of many a traveller and gourmand.

Truffle Kerfuffle is proudly supported by the Western Australian State Government through Tourism WA’s Regional Events Program, Fonty’s Pool, Australian Truffle Traders and The Truffle and Wine Co.
