On September 10, 2020, Four Seasons Hotel London at Ten Trinity Square will welcome back its two Michelin-starred restaurant La Dame de Pic London. Guests will once again be able to dine for lunch and dinner at the table of the most decorated female Michelin-starred chef in the world, Anne-Sophie Pic.

“After 180 long days away, we could not be more excited to reopen our doors to guests. We are full of positive energy, inspiration and emotion that we can’t wait to express through our dishes,”says Anne-Sophie Pic. “The passion and creativity within the team has only grown these past few months, and we can’t wait to share it once again.”

Upon its reopening, the restaurant will also welcome a new Chef de Cuisine, Marc Mantovani. His culinary journey started at a young age, with his talents leading him to Anne-Sophie Pic’s three Michelin-starred Maison Pic at just 20 years old. His career quickly progressed within the restaurant, and he and Pic developed a strong relationship.

He brings with him to La Dame de Pic London at Four Seasons Hotel London at Ten Trinity Square the rich experience and values that he gained while working with Anne-Sophie, along with an in-depth knowledge of her universe. His passion for nature (especially forests) and dining with all five senses inspires the dishes that he has helped to create alongside Anne-Sophie Pic.

Highlight new dishes that will appear on the menu include:

Cornish crab that is poached in court-bouillon and seasoned with madras curry and Vietnamese coriander and served with a charred-lemon chutney
Scottish grouse marinated with batak berries and whisky, served with a parsnip purée and chestnut
Raspberry baba that is inspired by the classical French dessert, with a twist of yuzu gin
La Dame de Pic London will be open Thursday – Saturday for lunch from 12:00 noon to 2:15 pm and dinner from 6:00 to 9:30 pm for the near future. The restaurant will champion the Four Seasons-wide Lead With Care program to offer guests a safe and exciting dining experience in the heart of the City of London.

La Dame de Pic London at Four Seasons Hotel London at Ten Trinity Square is the first UK restaurant from acclaimed French Chef Anne-Sophie Pic, showcasing her passion for unexpected flavour combinations with a focus on seasonal and local ingredients. Only eight months after opening, the restaurant achieved its first Michelin Star in the Michelin Guide Great Britain and Ireland 2018, achieving its second star in the Michelin Guide 2020. Upon receiving restaurant receiving its second star, Anne-Sophie Pic became the most decorated female Michelin-starred chef in the world.
