To celebrate Mid-Autumn Festival at extraordinary times like now, Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong and VistaJet, a private jet charter, join hand to launch “Once In A Blue Moon” limited time package to bring the finest and safest travel and dining experience both on the ground and in the air. From Sep 15 – Oct 15, 2020, participating guests will savor the special menu of Cantonese delicacy curated by Michelin-starred Chef Wong of Man Wah when taking VistaJet’s flight in Hong Kong. Completing the 360 experience, the package also includes the Staycation by M.O. at a city view suite with full range of benefits as well as the opportunity to take part in Chef Wong’s private cooking class to learn about his family recipe dated back to the Qing dynasty.

At CO.MO Bar & Bistrot in Mandarin Oriental, Lago di Como, guests can enjoy state-of-the-art pizzas baked in the unique “Ape Pizza”, an unprecedented three-wheeler van with a built-in pizza oven, designed by Michelin-starred Chef Vincenzo Guarino. The pizza dough is left to ferment for 48 hours, creating a tender and airy pizza base that is perfectly paired with premium toppings sourced from Italy, mozzarella, organic tomatoes from Campania, and oregano from Sicily. Mandarin Oriental Kuala Lumpur is offering a Chitose Strawberry Afternoon Tea which is attracting a lot of ladies to dine at Lounge on the Park. This afternoon tea is a collaboration with a Japanese company that produces strawberries in Malaysia. For guests who prefer savory to sweet meals, they can opt for the special poolside BBQ that happens only on Saturdays in the evening. Each week starting from August, MO Bar serves a bar partner’s signature cocktails featuring local flavours of spices and fruits, bringing guests on a whimsical cocktail journey across Asia even without travelling abroad.
