Embrace the festive flavours of the auspicious delicacies featuring a lavish selection of premium ingredients handpicked by our chefs, including whole fish maw, whole abalone, whole dried scallop, sea cucumber, Chinese mushroom, dried oyster, prawn, roasted goose, sea moss, poached chicken, goose web, the delicate “fortune” turnip and more, to celebrate prosperity and reunion with your loved ones! Dynasty’s Deluxe Poon Choi is available from 13 – 31 January 2020, priced at HK$ 728* per person, minimum for four persons. For take away orders, an additional HK$ 250 is applicable for chinaware.

Chilled Shredded Scallop Salad with Shredded Assorted Vegetables (HK$ 668* per portion) – Begin your Chinese New Year feast with the auspicious festive appetizer “Lo Hei” salad with a colorful medley of ingredients. Chef Suen specially selects premium scallops, adding extra umami taste to elevate the enjoyment, together with refreshing ingredients such as skillfully julienned carrots, cucumber, shallot, sesame and homemade sauce. Your palate will be heightened with different layers of flavours and complex textures. The kitchen team specially selects ducks that weigh between 3-4 kg for the balanced fatness and roast them to perfection with maltose and vinegar in traditional hung oven for 45 minutes, in delivering ultimate crispness. Savour the crispy duck skin with pancakes, julienned cucumbers, thinly sliced scallions and hoisin sauce. You will surely be surprised by the sublime layers of the crispy skin, tender meat and rich flavours! Discover a series of auspicious temptations including “Lo-Hei” Abalone Salad, Baked Oyster with Miso and Crab Roe, Braised Pork Trotters with Sweet Soy Sauce, Wok-Fried Prawn and Coral Clam with Black Bean Sauce, Chinese New Year Cold Platter, Pan-Fried Turnip Cake with XO Sauce and many more.
