Active Europe specialist UTracks’ 2019 brochure has arrived! Showcasing the best of its 450+ walking, cycling and boat-based itineraries for 2019, some stunning imagery and information about UTracks’ unique style of travel, it provides travel agents with everything they need to help travellers in Australia plan their next active holiday in Europe.

As well as updates to classic itineraries, the new brochure features a selection of brand new trips for 2019 in every pocket of Europe. UTracks General Manager, Kate Baker says the team is very excited about the 34 new itineraries.

“Each year, we scour Europe’s most remarkable landscapes and cultural hotspots to create a carefully crafted collection of active walking and cycling holidays that take travellers away from the crowds, and off the beaten track,” Ms Baker said.

“As with all of our itineraries, accessibility, achievability and affordability are at the heart of the new range.”

Exciting new trips for 2019 include:

  • Explore on foot Italy’s best kept secret – a series of magical hilltop towns
  • Traverse the Pyrenees from the Atlantic coast to the Mediterranean on an epic supported cycle
  • Walk the full length of Switzerland’s Via Francigena pilgrimage route from the French border to the St Bernard Pass
  • Discover the Volga River and the ‘Golden Ring’ cities of Sergiev Posad and Vladimir from Moscow on a guided cycle
  • Cycle below sea level to discover all of Holland’s ‘must sees’
  • Walk from Tuscany to Rome on one of five sections of the St Francis Way, showcasing the life and travels of St Francis of Assisi
  • Embark on a guided traverse of the Alps along the GR5 from Les Contamines
  • Pedal your way through Brittany to encounter old pirate towns and the best seafood in France
  • Explore Santorini and Crete or Naxos in the Greek Islands on foot

Walking in the Mont Blanc region, cycling and hiking the Camino de Santiago and Via Francigena in Italy, cycling on the Danube Cycle Path and the Croatia Cycle and Sail continue to be UTracks most popular trips. In 2019, UTracks will offer electric bikes on over 95% of its cycling itineraries.
