Fast growing carrier Vietjet is pleased to introduce the latest addition of two new international routes connecting Ho Chi Minh City (Vietnam) with Tokyo (Narita – Japan) and Nha Trang (Vietnam) with Busan (South Korea) to its continuously expanding flight network. The introduction of these new routes is aimed at connecting two popular tourism cities, meet the travel demands of locals and tourists alike, as well as contribute to promoting regional trade and integration.

In true Vietjet celebration of the new route additions, the airline is offering 670,000 super promotional tickets priced only from MYR0 (*) during three golden days from 13 to 15 March 2019.

The promotional tickets are available during the golden hours between 1.00pm to 3.00pm during three golden days and applicable on all Vietjet international routes to Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia) and other destinations in Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Thailand, Myanmar and Cambodia, as well as Thailand’s domestic routes. The travel period is from 14 May to 31 December 2019 (**).

The promotional tickets will be available via the Vietjet sales channels including its website www.vietjetair.com, also compatible with smartphones at https://m.vietjetair.com and  https://www.facebook.com/VietjetMalaysia (just click the “Booking” tab).

The two new international routes will be operational starting July 2019, increasing the total international flights of the airline to 69. The Ho Chi Minh City – Tokyo route will operate daily return flights starting 12 July 2019. The flight duration is approximately six hours per leg.

The Nha Trang – Busan route on the other hand will operate four return flights per week starting 16 July 2019 with a flight duration of around four hours and 40 minutes per leg. Bookings for the new routes are now available on all sales channels.

With a network comprising 39 domestic routes and 69 international routes, Vietjet operates safe flights with a technical reliability rate of 99.64% — the highest rate in the Asia Pacific region. As a fully-fledged member of International Air Transport Association (IATA), Vietjet has obtained the IATA Operational Safety Audit (IOSA) certificate and has been awarded a 7-star ranking, the world’s highest rate for safety, by AirlineRatings.
