Viking has launched a brand-new Marketing Centre for Australian and New Zealand travel partners, purpose-built as a central resource for relevant and up to date Viking agent marketing materials and tools, and located within Viking’s existing travel agent portal.

“Viking’s Marketing Centre is our enhanced sales tool that makes it easy to market and sell Viking to your clients, helping you grow your business and earn more commission,” said Erin Kramer, Viking’s Trade Marketing Manager.

“The brand-new platform can be found within the existing travel agent portal and makes it easy to seamlessly customise Viking marketing materials with your agency’s contact details and call to action. Then the Marketing Centre will generate a personalised file for you, ready to go,” she continued.

The Marketing Centre provides easy-to-access collateral that showcases current promotions and pricing, such as flyers, digital banners, video and social media assets like tiles, images and suggested copy to help agents draft their Facebook or Instagram posts. Plus, Viking’s new Marketing Centre will even help agents design their email marketing campaigns, allowing them to customise the template and send directly from the portal, or download and send from their own platform.

If agents can’t find what they’re looking for, they can simply contact Viking for a custom specification.

In addition, the Marketing Centre features digital versions of all current brochures and links to order hard copies; information on group bookings, including the handy downloadable guide; and within the travel agent portal, agents have the ability to manage existing client bookings.
